Child Rights and You (CRY)
Est. 1979

CRY is a non-profit organization that works to ensure that children across India, regardless of where they're born, can access their fundamental rights: education, nutrition, protection from exploitation, and the freedom to simply be a child.

Compound partners with CRY to support this work through contributions that grow alongside our business.

We chose CRY because they don't just do relief work but because they address root causes. They work with communities, governments, and families to create lasting, systemic change for children who need it most.

How it works

01 Every purchase counts

A fixed percentage of every Compound order is set aside for our monthly contribution to CRY:  no minimum order, no conditions.

02 Monthly, not one-time

We donate on a fixed monthly cycle, not ad-hoc. This allows CRY to plan their programmes with the certainty of a reliable partner.

03 Grows as we grow

Our contribution isn't capped at a fixed amount. As Compound's revenue scales, so does what we give. We believe in impact that compounds alongside the business.
