Refund Policy

At Compound, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent refund experience. Please review our refund guidelines below. 

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Approved returns (as per our Return Policy)
• Cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch
• Refunds will be processed only after the product has been successfully picked up and verified.

Refund Process

• Once the product has been picked up by our logistics partner, a basic quality check will be performed at the time of pickup.
• Upon successful pickup and verification, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.

Refund Modes

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (if applicable): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, based on the details shared by the customer.

Refund Timelines

• Once the refund is initiated, it may take up to 24 hours to be processed from our end.
• The amount will then reflect in your account shortly thereafter, depending on your payment provider.

Failed Transactions

• In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited, the payment gateway will automatically reverse the amount to your original payment method.
• This process typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
