Cancellation Policy

You shall have the option to cancel your order for a Product at no cost any time before the Product has been dispatched within India, unless otherwise expressly specified in the Platform for certain Products.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel

    • Upon successful processing of your request, the order will be cancelled.

3. Prepaid Orders (Refunds)

    • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.
    • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable as no payment is collected at the time of placing the order.
    • If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a non-accepted shipment.

5. Orders Already Shipped

    • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • You may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival.
    • Such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Misuse & Restrictions

    • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction or disabling of COD services for future orders.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
    • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our Return Policy.
    • If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept the delivery at the time of arrival.

7. Order Confirmation & Cancellation (Chat Support)

    • To ensure order accuracy, we may initiate an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp after your purchase.
    • Through this automated confirmation flow, you will have the option to confirm or cancel your order before dispatch.
    • Orders not confirmed within the stipulated time may be automatically cancelled at our discretion to maintain service efficiency.
