At Compound, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our skincare products. Please review our return guidelines below.

  1. Return Eligibility - Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Product received is damaged
    • Product is defective
    • Incorrect item has been delivered
  2. To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
    • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
    • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification
    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return.
  3. Return Request Process
    • To initiate a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges portal available on the Website.
    • Enter your Order ID along with your registered email address or phone number to locate your order.
    • Select the relevant item(s) and choose the reason for return.
    • Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved, and further instructions will be shared accordingly.

  4. Reverse Pickup
    • Reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner, subject to serviceability in your area
    • In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our designated address
    • In case of self-shipping, we recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking
  5. Return Conditions & Quality Check
    • All returned products will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse
    • Returns will be accepted only if:>
      • The product is in unused condition
      • The packaging, seals, and labels are intact
    • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    • Opened or used skincare products
    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
    • Products with tampered packaging or missing components
    • Items marked as non-returnable during promotional campaigns
  7. Failed Pickup & RTO
    • If reverse pickup attempts fail due to customer unavailability, the return request may be cancelled
    • Orders refused at the time of delivery are treated as RTO (Return to Origin)
    • Repeated RTO or return misuse may lead to restriction of future services, including COD
